CNC Threaded Fittings & Connectors
Threaded fittings, connectors, inserts, adapters, nozzles, and coupling parts need careful review of thread standards, sealing faces, material, and secondary finishing requirements.

Typical Applications
- Internal and external threaded parts, adapters, inserts, connector bodies, and fitting components
- Metric, UNC/UNF, BSP, NPT, and customer-specified thread standards when clearly defined
- Brass, stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and copper alloy components
RFQ Notes
Please provide thread standard, thread class, sealing surface requirements, plating thickness, and gauge or inspection expectations when requesting threaded parts.
Recommended RFQ Files
- PDF drawing with tolerances and surface finish notes
- STEP/STP or other 3D model for complex geometry
- Material grade, quantity, finishing requirements, and target delivery date
Threaded Connectors Need Clear Thread and Fit Information
Threaded fittings and connectors require review of thread standard, mating part, sealing area, edge burrs, and surface condition.
The sample shown is a representative machining example, not a guaranteed stock item.
Buyer Checks
- Specify thread type, pitch, engagement length, and gauge requirement.
- Mark sealing faces, cone surfaces, chamfers, and burr-sensitive edges.
- Confirm material grade and whether the part needs passivation or another finish.
RFQ Details to Send
- Send STEP/STP and PDF drawings together when available.
- Add photos of mating parts if thread fit is difficult to describe.
- Include quantity and inspection method for thread and sealing features.
