How We Work with CNC Machining Buyers
MasterCNC Tech is a Shanghai-based CNC sourcing and engineering coordination partner for overseas buyers. RFQs are reviewed with hands-on CNC turning experience, then matched with suitable manufacturing partners based on process, material, tolerance, quantity and inspection needs.
Who You Work With
You work with a CNC RFQ review and coordination contact in Shanghai. We help clarify drawings, quote assumptions, inspection points and production communication with suitable manufacturing partners.
How RFQs Are Reviewed
We check material, process route, critical dimensions, tolerance notes, thread details, quantity, finish and packing requirements before quotation.
How Manufacturing Partners Are Selected
Partner selection is based on machining process, material, part geometry, tolerance risk, quantity, inspection needs and communication fit for the project.
Inspection and Communication Responsibilities
We confirm critical dimensions, thread fit, burrs, surface damage and packing condition. Inspection reports are available when agreed before production.
What Buyers Receive Before Production
Buyers receive quotation assumptions, material and process notes, critical feature comments, lead-time notes and any manufacturability questions that should be confirmed before production.
Available Partner Capacity
Manufacturing resources are confirmed after RFQ review. Known partner resources include CNC turning and CNC machining center support, with final capacity matched to the drawing and quantity.
Quality & Inspection
- Critical dimensions reviewed from the drawing.
- Thread fit, burrs and surface damage checked when relevant.
- Packing condition reviewed for shafts, sleeves and surface-sensitive parts.
- Inspection report available when agreed before production.
